We're going east for this Chinese feast!
Grab your chopticks and come and join us for a sticky, sweet and spicy dim sum and yum cha.
We'll begin with an authentic Chinese tea and then getting
creative with a totally vegan crispy 'duck' complete with hoi sin, cucumber and pancakes. We'll be wrapping and steaming in more ways than one when we make dumplings and lo mai.
Next up, lotus root, spicy sichuan beans and of course, some delicious chow mein noodles washed down with tsingtao beer!
No Chinese meal is complete without reading your fortune from the centre of a folded biscuit, what will yours say..?
